Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique Offers Free Delivery For Our Local Customers.
Purchases Eligible For Local Delivery
Minimum purchase of $50 (excluding taxes and fees)
Customers must reside within Sacramento, California or Elk Grove, California
Delivery address must fall within 15 miles of the 95828 zip code
Customer must request "Personal Delivery" in special instructions at checkout.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm. All eligible purchases will be processed and delivered within 2 business days. Purchases made on a Friday will be processed the following Monday. Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique cannot guarantee the exact time your purchase will arrive. Any transit or delivery time offered to you by PhoenixFAB is only an estimate time of delivery. Please allow a grace period of 10min-15min.
*PhoenixFAB Does Not Deliver On Weekends or Holidays.
We ask that you are present at time of delivery or provide special instructions on where to place your purchase in the event that you are not available to personally accept the delivery. PhoenixFAB will not be held liable for lost or stolen purchases left at delivery location. If you are not present at the delivery location (customer shipping address) at the time of delivery, as a courtesy, the PhoenixFAB courier will wait 5 minutes before leaving. Customers purchase will then be shipped via USPS and will be subject to a $10 convenience fee. Unless specified in "Special Instructions" on original purchase, customers purchase will not be left at delivery location. Should you permit another individual to accept your purchase it must be noted in "Special Instructions". In addition, the individual must:
Be 18 years or older
Have a valid California ID
Have a copy of the order.
If the individual does not have all 3 forms of verification PhoenixFAB will not release the purchase and the customers order will be shipped via USPS and will be subject to a $10 convenience fee. Please note: PhoenixFAB does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
*PhoenixFAB couriers follow certain delivery protocols due to COVID-19. For everyones health and safety we ask that customers wear masks when accepting delivery.
Changing Or Cancelling Purchase
You are able to cancel or change your purchase if your purchase has not been processed, in route for delivery or has been delivered. Contact PhoenixFAB and we will assist you with changing or cancelling your purchase. It is not possible to change or cancel your purchase once it has been processed, in route to be delivered or has been delivered. This includes, but not limited to, changing size or quantity of product, removing or adding an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. If your purchase has been processed, is out for delivery or has been delivered, you will have to return the product in order to change or receive a refund of your order. Return delivery fees will be solely the customers responsibility and will not be refunded.
