The Following Outlines The Terms and Conditions Of Our Shipping Policy.

 

All online purchases made before 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed within 24-48hrs. Any purchases made on a Friday after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following Monday. Estimated delivery may take up to two (2) weeks from the date online purchase is processed.

 

If we experience a high volume of purchases (usually during the holiday season), processing time may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing and/or shipment of your purchase, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A confirmation email will be sent once your purchase has been processed. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once USPS has shipped your purchase.

 

Phoenix Fitness Apparel Boutique is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. Should you receive your purchase damaged, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods prior to filing a claim.
